Ventnor Beach - Phillip IslandA very comfortable, fully self contained single storey home situated at Ventnor Beach, just a short walk from the coastline on Phillip Island. It comprises three bedrooms - one queen bed, one double bed and two sets of double bunks - however, we recommend it is best suited for up to four people The single bathroom has a shower over the bath. A second outdoor shower is available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave and dishwashers. Guests also have access to an outdoor entertaining area complete with dining facilities. There is a television, DVD player, stereo and CD player, and the laundry includes a washer/dryer. Heating and cooling is provided via a reverse cycle air conditioner. Ventnor Beach Retreat is available Monday to Friday and on selected weekends. It is not available during school holidays. It is strictly smoke free and pet free. Ventnor Beach is a private property made available to Otis guests through the generosity of its owners. Bookings have now opened for the 2010 season at Ventnor Beach. The property is available from February 8, 2010 until November 30, 2010 EXCLUDING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS. Please note that Ventnor Beach is available for Monday to Friday bookings only. We are unable to accommodate requests for weekend bookings at Phillip Island. Location
