Pearl Beach Retreat - Pearl Beach
A newly-renovated luxury five bedroom house with coastal views & overlooking a picturesque creek. Situated 90 minutes north of Sydney, Pearl Beach Retreat is made available to those living with breast cancer at no accommodation charge, for a period of rest and relaxation. The spacious double storey coastal property is best suited to families or larger groups, up to a maximum of 12 guests. Children are welcome to stay, however, visitors should be mindful of the internal stairs and take care as the yard does not have secure fencing. Pearl Beach Retreat has five bedrooms (three with queen beds, three with bunk beds) and three bathrooms. The property features a large covered outdoor deck with a gas barbecue and overlooks an adjoining creek. Inside there is a well appointed kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. The living areas feature polished floorboards and include a television video/DVD/ CD, and seated dining for 10 people. The property is equipped with reverse cycle air-conditioning. All bedding and linen is provided. Guests are required to bring their own food & personal items. Guests are also required to have their own vehicle and accept responsibility for their own transport to and from the property. Pets are not permitted and Pearl Beach Retreat is strictly smoke-free. There is no landline phone or resident staff, but good mobile phone coverage, and the nearest medical facilities are situated at Gosford (25km). Location
