Kez’s Hideaway is a stunning purpose built family retreat, set on 2 acres that looks out over rural farmland close to the small township of Redesdale in Central Victoria.
This special retreat has been built in memory of Kerri Gray (known as Kez) in partnership with Kerri’s husband and local builder, Paul Gray.
The beautiful, open-plan home features huge windows perfectly framing the views of the picturesque countryside. The spacious rooms are designed for comfort and luxury; with a parents’ wing conveniently located at one end of the house, rooms for relaxation in between and a further wing featuring bedrooms and a play area for the kids.
Accommodation
Kez’s Hideaway sleeps up to eight guests and is best suited for families or larger groups. It has four large bedrooms, consisting of two queen rooms and two bedrooms with two single beds each. The retreat also includes two bathrooms and a separate accessible toilet.
Due to high demand, we are unlikely to be able to accommodate requests for specific dates.
Availability
Kez’s Hideaway is available for four night stays from Monday to Friday or three night stays from Friday to Monday. Bookings can be made throughout the year (excluding the Christmas period) including school and public holidays (subject to availability). There is a minimum of 4 guests and a maximum of 8 guests at this property.
Location and area
Redesdale is a small, 120km (90min) drive northwest of Melbourne. The township is flanked by the Coliban River to the west and the Campaspe River to the east. Kez’s Hideaway is located on 2 acres, which has been generously donated to The Otis Foundation by The Campbell family, third-generation local farmers.
The property is accessed via an unsealed road and care should be taken during wet weather.
Heating and cooling
There is ducted heating and air conditioning throughout the retreat.
House rules
Pets are not permitted; however, certified assistant animals with appropriate documentation will be considered.
Kez’s Hideaway is strictly a smoke-free, vape-free property.
The fence that surrounds the house is the property boundary. Please respect the surrounding farmland and do not enter the paddocks as they are private property.

Guests are required to bring their own food and personal items
Other considerations
All linen, including bedding and towels, is provided.
Firewood for the firepit is not provided. Please source sustainably and respect property boundaries.
