A gift to the Otis Foundation is a special way to make a difference. All gifts over $2 are tax deductible. A receipt will be forwarded to all donors. If you wish to make a one-off gift, please either:
- Phone (03) 5444 1185 during office hours with your credit card details handy
or
- Download the “Donation Form” below, attach it with your credit card details, cheque or money order and send to:
