There are many ways to support The Otis Foundation including regular or one off donations.

Donations can be recieved via credit card, cash, cheque or money order.

  • Phone (03) 5444 1185 during office hours with your credit card details handy  
  • Download the Donation Form and return via mail

  • All donations over $2 to The Otis Foundation are tax deductible and receipts will be issued to all donors. 

Legal Entity

The Otis Foundation was incorporated as a Public Company Limited by Guarantee on 10 July 2000 under the Corporations Law of Victoria, and registered for GST on 1 July 2000. Our Australian Company Number (CAN) is 093 705 296 and our Australian Business Number (ABN) is 53 093 705 296.

Deductible Gift Recipient

The Otis Foundation is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) under Subdivision 30-BA Subdivision 30-15, Item 1 of the IncomeTax Assessment Act 1997 as item 4.1.1, a public benevolent institution. All donations $2 and over are tax deductible.

Endorsement as an incometax exempt charitable entity

The Otis Foundation qualifies for incometax exemption under Section 50-B, Subdivision 50-5 Item 1.1 of the IncomeTax Assessment Act 1997 as a charitable institution.
