Deductible Gift RecipientThe Otis Foundation is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) under Subdivision 30-BA Subdivision 30-15, Item 1 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 as item 4.1.1, a public benevolent institution. All donations $2 and over are tax deductible. Endorsement as an income tax exempt charitable entityThe Otis Foundation qualifies for income tax exemption under Section 50-B, Subdivision 50-5 Item 1.1 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997 as a charitable institution.
